Here to counter the karens that gave 1 star reviews. The pharmacy staff is FANTASTIC. Anyone saying otherwise is just lying. Sure, you may have to wait until later in the day or next day to p/u prescription. Lifeβs rough. Have you been associated with the military before? Sure, the front reception area staff is a little βshortβ sometimes, but they do the job theyβre supposed to do. And the appointment line is there for a reason. Are the doctors seem tired or βshortβ sometimes too? Well, they see way too many patients there for the staff size. So to the karensβ¦ stop complaining. Ohβ¦ have you ever associated with the military before? Bottom lineβ¦ convenient and helpful clinic.

The pharmacy is the worst. If you have a 8 am appointment and receive a new prescription you must wait until after 1 pm to pick up? If you have an afternoon appointment you must wait until the next day. This is ridiculous and no other medical care facility has these policies. I honestly think they are just lazy. Itβs common sense not to expect a prescription to be filled right away on a busy day, but what about on a slow day. The clinic can be empty and you must wait until the next day? This means a Mom with a sick child has a morning appointment and wait hours or go home then pack up the kids for another trip to the pharmacy. Or the child suffers until the next day? The pharmacy workload is disregarded in the process. Does the employee browse the internet while waiting a few hours until the patient returns. I have almost never seen more than a few people waiting on prescriptions, not like Madigan which seems always full. This does happen at VA which has at least as many patients as DOD. Who is making these ridiculous policies? Whereβs the common sense in this one?

My entire family and I have been going here for almost 7 years. We have only had one bad experience. Between the five of us, I think weβve seen every provider/lab tech/immunization specialist/pharmacist. Everyone is so caring and they really take the time to listen to your concerns. Youβre definitely not a number here.

Always cancels appointments. The staff is very rude. The pharmacy is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Literally pay to go somewhere else cuz the pharmacy is horrible. The staff here is horrible. The doctor we got literally cancels our appointment day of. Its impossible to even get a yearly physical done for the kids cuz the keep canceling appointment. I been told to go to urgent care if I want help by the staff there. The only thing there I would say I'd decent is SOME of the nurses. It's super sad that they are allowed to treat people this way. I really hope someone takes this place to court cuz I know many violations including gossiping about patients. I heard it while waiting in line. Also they don't plan to change the hours on Google even though they are aware it's wrong they said people can look deeper or call.... but their call line is a answering machine.

I have to give it a 2 star not because of the doctor (he is amazing) but for the clinic itself. It took me 2 months to get ahold of someone there to schedule my 2 year old her checkup. I left voice message after voice message and they never answered or called me back. I had to drive the 20+ minutes and go into the clinic to actually talk to someone. I got it scheduled finally and they call me the night before the appointment to cancel it. Extremely frustrated with this clinic and their lack of organization. If it wasn't for the amazing doctor we would be going elsewhere.
